To recover your Yahoo email account, visit the Yahoo Sign-In Helper page. Enter your email address and follow the prompts to recover access. If you've forgotten your password, click “Forgot password” and choose to receive a verification code via your recovery email or phone number. If you can't access these, select “I don’t have access to this information” and fill out the recovery form, providing as much information as possible, such as recent contacts or email subjects. Once your identity is verified, you can reset your password and regain access. Be sure to update your recovery details afterward.
